문화체육관광부와 한국국제문화교류진흥원은 해외 각국에서 자발적으로 활동하고 있는 한국문화 관련 커뮤니티의 활동을 지원하고 커뮤니티 간 네트워크를 활성화 하기 위해 <해외 한류 커뮤니티 활성화> ‘Hallyu Com-on’ 사업을 운영하고 있습니다. 2023년도 참가 커뮤니티를 모집하오니 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다. 

The 'Hallyu Com-on' is administered by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and the KOFICE to promote the activities of Korean culture-related communities that are voluntarily engaged in foreign countries and to revitalize networks between these communities. We kindly request for continued interest and cooperation from the global Hallyu community. 

 

1. 공모대상/Recruitment Target

  • 한국문화 관련 행사를 직접 기획/운영하거나, 정기모임을 새롭게 결성하여 운영할 커뮤니티(동호회)
  • A community (club) that plans and operates events or organizes and conducts new regular gatherings(meetings) relevant to Korean culture 

※ 한국인 회원 포함 가능하나, 전체 회원의 80% 이상 한국 국적이 아닌 현지인으로 구성 필수 
※ Korean members are permitted, but at least 80% of all members must be non-Korean locals.

 

2. 지원내용/Supporting Items

  • 활동 기획내용에 따른 행사 개최/모임 운영에 필요한 제반 경비
  • All expenses incurred in the course of holding the event and running the meeting in accordance with the activity plan
  • 현지 수급이 어려운 한국문화 관련 활동 물품
  • Items related to popular and traditional Korean culture that are difficult to obtain locally

 

3. 공모부문 (3개 부문)/Recruitment Division(3) 

  • 커뮤니티 결성 지원: 5인 이상으로 구성된 커뮤니티 결성 지원 
  • 개별 커뮤니티 지원: 1개 커뮤니티 주최의 행사 지원
  • 연합 커뮤니티 지원: 3개 이상 커뮤니티 주최의 연합행사 지원 
  • Organizing Community Support: Support for organizing a community of 5 or more people
  • Individual Community Support: Support for an event hosted by one community 
  • Community Union Support: Support for an event hosted by 3 or more communities in union 

 

4. 지원규모/Supporting Amount 

  • 커뮤니티 결성 지원: 600만원 상당 (최대 700만원)
  • 개별 커뮤니티 지원: 800만원 (최대 1,000만원)
  • 연합 커뮤니티 지원: 1,500만원 (최대 2,000만원)
  • Organizing Community Support: 6 Million KRW (Max. 7 Million KRW)
  • Individual Community Support: 8 Million KRW (Max. 10 Million KRW)
  • Community Union Support: 15 Million KRW (Max. 20 Million KRW)

 

5. 신청기간/Application period (important***)

  • 2023. 3. 29.(수) 오후 11:59 까지 (독일 시간)
  • by 29th March 2023 (Wed) 23:59 (CET)

(!) 기한엄수 - 첨부파일에 안내된 기한(2023.4.5.)은 확인 및 검토 완료된 신청서를 문화원이 KOFICE에 최종 제출하는 일자
(!) Adherence to the deadline - The deadline (2023.4.5.) indicated in the attached file is the date when the Cultural Center submits the application that has been checked to KOFICE.

 

6. 신청방법/How to Apply for the 'Hallyu Com-on'

  • 신청서 작성 후 문화원 메일(mail@kulturkorea.org)로 접수
  • Apply for registraion by E-mail to Korean Culture Center (mail@kulturkorea.org)

※ 메일 제목: 한류 커뮤니티 지원 / Subject: Hallyu Community Application
 

  • 신청서류: [필수] 국문 또는 영문 공모신청서(지정양식) 1부, [선택] 커뮤니티 소개 자료 및 실적 증빙자료 등 1부
  • Submitting Documents: [Required] Application form and operation plan (specified form), [Optional] Profile or Portfolio of Community

※ 영문 제출 경우, 차후 국문 신청서 추가 요청이 있을 수 있음. 
※ Please note that there may be additional requests for applications in Korean.
